Overview
Most of today’s speakers are designed to deliver their best sound in only one spot: immediately in front of the speakers. But with the Logitech Pure-Fi Express Plus, even when you get up and move around, you’ll still hear great sound.

Omnidirectional vs. traditional speakers
Logitech’s omnidirectional acoustics make the Pure-Fi Express Plus different from traditional speaker docks. Designed to radiate sound more uniformly over a wider range of frequencies and angles, Logitech’s omnidirectional speakers create a broader sweet spot that is not dependent on a fixed listening position.

With it's elegant look I can place it anywhere and it looks sharp in addition to the clock which never crossed my mind that it needed to be a feature - and oh surprise it's a nice addition. Also the idea of the carrying handle is clever because you don't leave finger print on the product.

It will keep your ipod charged and has a simple alarmclock. It's got great acoustics and bass. There are a lot of ipod docks out there that don't seem to be loud enough.. TRUST ME, the Pure-Fi Express is far from quiet!
