I knew this thing was small and compact from the photos, but really, it's super-tiny! Very light and discreet, connects to the phone really easily and works as a headset for my macbook as well. Glad I finally decided to get one of these headsets, wish I'd done it sooner.
For people complaining about the dual charger, there's an iPhone USB cable in this store that also has a charger for this headset built in (no wonder the bulky old dock version is being phased out). The new cable is far better than a bulky dock, but still a separate purchase obviously.(6 of 7 people found this review useful)

really good fits nice,looks nice,and very clear,thought it would be weierd without the loop around your ear but it actualy really good dosent moveonly down is i keep loosing it becouse its so small and i think a bigger light or brighter one would help but all in all good.

I am a Apple addict , 3 macs , 2 iphones etc . But this is not to put to fine a point on it ( they wont let me use that word . Calls cant hear me , all i hear is static , battery life is more like 2 hours . It is a disgrace to Apple , and by far the worst product to have the logo on. I cam taking it back yet again, and this time i just want a refund...DO NOT BUY IT ITS RUBBISH

I think this is a great complement to the iPhone. It works great in the car wherever I go and however noisy it gets. Have had no problems with people not hearing me, or I them. Best of all no silly flashing lights that shine in the car windows and its small enough so you don't look a poser. For those who want a wire clip try typing "ifitear" into ebay - a clip will come from the USA for around £9. Ok I suppose it should come as standard but it seems you can't have everything.

I really dont like bluetooth headsets - but was seduced by the looks of the iphone bluetooth headset - and boy was I was I right !!! easy to use - auto syncs's with your Iphone- you just forget your wearing it - call clarity is excellent, charging is a sinch with the supplied travel cable . A definate must have for your iphone ! yeah its a little more expense than other bluetooth headsets that are available but its worth every penny . Every iphone owner NEEDS one of these headsets !

I use this mostly for online video chats with my MacBook rather than with my iPhone.
To be fair it's pretty good at this, and I've had no real issue with it when used like this.
Battery life is not a problem to me because I'm not out on the road all day with it constantly on standby/being used. I very often leave it on all day and night without using it and I'm still able to talk with it the following day (albeit not very long).
Sound quality isn't perfect, but then voip never is, and the people I call seem to hear me okay (although sometimes I feel I have to talk a touch louder and clearer then I would otherwise normally do).
I find it slightly annoying that it doesn't hold multiple pairings. As I usually use it in conjunction with my Mac, I have it paired with that. But if I want to use it with my iPhone I have to pair it again.
Also; I wish I could see a battery meter for the headset on the Mac's menu bar when it is connected. That would be really useful.
(so if anyone can write up a little program that can do that...)
All in all, for what I use it for, it's a good product. Even if it is a little over priced.(23 of 29 people found this review useful)

Good Product - Poor Battery Life

Love the design, the sound and the quality of the mic, but I routinely get less than 5hrs STANDBY, and can probably get about 15-20 minutes of talktime out of it. I suspect this is unusual and am following up with Apple Care to see what they say....I'll post again with the results...

The best and most beautiful headset I have ever owned (I do own 4 different bad ones, that I never use...). Supreme audio compared to the physical size.
Cons:
- No redial function...
– Not able to register the product on the Apple website...
– The headset is so tiny and, that combined with the very rounded slippery shape makes i sometimes impossible for me to hold the unit, it just slips out of my hands. Takes time to find out how to handle the little design-devil.(13 of 16 people found this review useful)

Good item, but it depends what you're doing..
Easy to set up with any bluetooth phone and works very well. With an iPhone it's shockingly easy to set up, just connect them in the same charger you get with the earpiece and it's done!
Crystal clear speech audio and lovely receiving quality too, and if you're using it in the car, it'll work brilliantly. However, walking around and the movement of the head can cause it to fall out at it has no way of supporting itself in your ear, other than the earpiece itself!
It does get slightly better if you add the earpiece cover, but I'd say it's perfect to use in the car, but if you're moving, try one with an over ear support.(23 of 25 people found this review useful)
