Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing 2008
Poor customer support

Having purchased version 17 I would not recomend this product from Broderbund. For starters, if you are the unfortunate victim of…Read more a computer crash or have decided to replace your computer, you cannot re-activate the software. I emailed Broderbund on two occasions to try to obtain a re-activation code but they ignored my email and so I am sitting on a product that is now totally useless. Sadly, this reflects badly on an otherwise brilliant training program and I have no doubt that Mavis Beacon would be appalled if she knew about this.
