I invested a lot of time into learning Ableton, ReWire with Reason, connectivity with Line6 TonePort, midi editing, etc.....and th…Read moreought I would give Logic Express a try before investing in more Ableton upgrades. Wow, it was an incredibly intuitive, easy to learn, and extremely powerful application (and I'm only talking about Logic Express). I still haven't even picked up a manual or watched a tutorial of Logic and I'm already recording and mixing midi instruments played on an M-Audio AXIOM 61, live guitar and studio mics on a Line6 USB TonePort. Everything was plug-and-play and sounded great. I've decided to make the jump to Logic Pro after 1 week of using Logic Express.
