I'm a student living in halls and it is a great si…Read moreze for me, sit nicely at the end of my desk! great printer (i understand why previous reviews have said it is a Windows thing, as i see it too!)
prints pictures well and I use the memory card reader to import pictures onto my MacBook, which is great as they don't come with one.
BUT.... the ink cartridges are far too small and they allow you print a fair few pages, but do not last long if you print regularly like myself or if you print picture a lot, the ink (both colour and black) seems to just go extremely fast!
On the whole, good little printer suitable for home use, excellent for student!(3 of 3 people found this review useful)

I recently purchased this printer, and by the time I purchased the USB cable (not included) etc., it would have been much more eff…Read moreicient for me (having a macbook) to have bought the wireless version of this same printer; not to mention, converting the C4480 to wireless capabilities would cost much more than the small difference in price. Wish I had thought about this before!

I really like this printer, it is fast and although it is big, it does not weigh too much. I had one problem with it though, the …Read morelittle LCD screen would flicker, and when I would put my SD memory card in the slot, the pictures looked negative on the LCD screen. I contacted HP and they could not help with the problem, so I returned it to the Apple Store, where I got the same printer again. Now, the new one is Great! I have no problems with it. The LCD is fine. The picture quality is not the best, but it is decent for the price. I could not expect more, and so therefore it was a great buy. I am very happy with it.

I was reccomended this printer at an apple store and was very happy with this price. Well considering it was free with the mail-…Read morein-rebate. Overall I like how it is somewhat small and fits on my desk next to my brand new macbook pro. Its print quality is great especially for its price and it is greaat for me because i can scan copy and print and for a 14 teen yer old thats all i will ever do.
