Looked good, but in reality isn't. Due to the depth of the case it is difficult to access letters etc at the edge of the screen. HRead moreard to keep clean and when you take your iPhone out for that reason the case starts to look like a stale, curled up sandwich!
I'm now looking for another case after 6 weeks!!

    Quite pleased

This is a very professional-looking case with a great feel. It feels very protective and the hard leather is very secure-fitting oRead moren the phone.

My one gripe is that the gap at the top of the case where you slide the phone in doesn't *exactly* sit flush with the sides of the phone, but I'm a little OCD so that may not be a problem for the majority of people.

All-in-all, very happy with my purchase.

    Would I buy again?

This has many good features such as sturdy build quality, leather makes it look nice and you feel the phone is protected.

I bouRead moreght better screen protectors than the ones supplied, and this should be addressed with the product. The case does make it much fatter, and this is not apparent till you put it in your pocket. The mute button will mute but it is difficult to "un mute" it without prising the case back.

So, would I have bought it knowing what I know? Possibly not. Will I carry on using it? Yes, it isn't actually THAT bad.

Fantastic 3G Case - Tested all at Store

I've hated almost every cellphone case I've ever seen, with bulky plastic clips and silicon cases that keep phones from slipping iRead morento your pockets and scratch up your phone or ipod.

Slick leather allows it to slide into your pocket easily. Silicon cases trap dirt and scratch, these kind don't. Excellent soft but grippy lining. Keeps phone very thin. Ports, buttons and speakers are clear and not blocked, yet the corners are still protected; most top open cases leave corners exposed for nicks, but this one does not because thick top frame overlaps corners and sort of curves.

Case slides on easily but takes brute force to get back out, but that is good in my view, since it prevents the phone from slipping out a little and exposing corners.

Frame on top sticks out enough to allow the phone to be sat on its face without scratches. Frame on top grips very little of the actual phone to give clearance to finger for sides and corners of screen, whereas most case irritate you and your finger bumps the side of the case when you hit a button in the upper right corner, like edit.

    Awesome look and feel

    -- The Look --

The leather is slick and feels great in the hand. The smooth texture allows the phone to easily slide in and oRead moreut of pant pockets. All ports are easily accessible except the switch that puts the phone in silent mode. Turning that switch to silent is not a problem, however; turning it back to normal mode requires a little finger dexterity. If I had nails I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem. I also want to point out that the top of the phone is slightly exposed because the case doesn't completely wrap the top like the rubber or plastic sleeves do. Although the buttons are easily accessible, I was worried of damaging the top. However, that anxiety has passed and I feel comfortable that the small lip around the top is adequate to protect the phone from accidental damage. Lastly, in my opinion the case adds little to the "bulkiness" of the phone.

-1 star because of the difficultly in figuring out how to remove the phone and slight insecurity resulting from fear of damaging the exposed top of the phone.

    --Removing the phone--

The first time you try to remove your phone from the case you may feel that it's forever trapped. This is a good and bad thing. Good because you don't want your phone to accidentally slip out, and heaven forbid something mares its beautiful exterior. Bad because it's nearly impossible to remove your phone. However, there's a trick to ease removal. While pushing the phone out from the bottom, simultaneously spread the horizontal sides apart. It should more easily slide out.

I hope this review helps you decide whether or not this case is for you.

    Nice looking but too bulky

    Written by NB from London

I bought one of these cases straight after getting my iPhone as I was paranoid about it getting scratched up.

On first impressRead moreions it's a good looking case, the leather finish is smart and much nicer (in my opinion) than the silicon cases. The iPhone slides into the top and fits fairly well, although the hole for the camera is not quite in the right place and obscures part of the lens unless you push the iPhone right down. It holds it in place pretty well. The leather protects the back and edges and leaves the front open.

One of the selling points for me was the fact that it comes with a screen overlay included, these can be bought separately for the ridiculous price of a tenner (for a bit of plastic film!). However the overlay only covers the actual display part of the screen, the rest of the glass fascia remains exposed which is worth bearing in mind if you (like me) keep your phone in the same pocket as your keys.

The main problem I have with this case is that it makes the iPhone too bulky - on its own the phone fits nicely in the hand, this case adds almost a centimetre to the width and makes it chunkier depth-wise as well. So those with smaller hands or who value their pocket space, take note.

Overall not a bad case if you're not fussed about the points above.
