Like the first reviewer, the flap wouldn't close completely over my white 3g, but after about a day it fit fine. My only concern now is the edges of the ballistic nylon fraying. I previously owned the brown leather/hemp incase for my old iphone. I think that fit just as tight at first, but fits perfectly now. I liked that case.

Most secure case I have ever owned. This case has never opened on its own. More importantly, it has never "popped" off my belt. The fact that it is horizontal rather than vertical means it doesn't get in the way when I bend over.
I have zero reservations in recommending this case!

I bought this case before I read all the reviews on this site and thought that I had made a huge mistake but the case is perfect. Once it softened up the case closes completely over the phone. It's profile is nice and low so that it hardly even feels like you have it on. The opening for pushing the phone out is just the right size. The belt clip is secure and doesn't allow any movement on my waist(previous belt clips with other phones have allowed it to fall off damaging the phone)

All in all, I like this case. Like some of the other reviewers, I didn't really know what else to get. My requirements for a case were that it looked elegant (no ugly rubber for me!), that the phone would be easily removable for use and to fit in my car dock, and that it provide good protection against accidents like dropping or falling out of my pocket without adding a whole lot of bulk. So, this case fit those requirements better than any others. That said, Incase could make this in awesome case with a few changes.

1) Really needs to ditch the velcro and go with magnetic snaps.
2) Make the belt clip either rotate, removable, or both. I don't want it on my belt, but it could be nice if I could get it to comfortably clip to the seem along my pocket.
3) Make the flap a little longer and give it a tighter fit to reduce bulk even more (the magnets would help here, too).

Also, don't listen to the people complain about the size of the case. You have to give it a little while for the leather to stretch, like a pair of shoes. That's the difference between rubber and leather folks.

Very good fit to the 3G phone, however for the same price, I found a great quality magnetic case without the velcro issues

when i bought the case it worked well but after a month of use the clip started to tear the rear portion of the case and the velcro soon after stopped holding the flap down securely i expected much better quality with a hefty price tag considering its only a case a magnetic strip would have worked much better

One thing I was concerned about when getting my 3G iPhone was how it would be to wear compared to my old phone (flip). I picked this case out on the spot at the Apple store. I did try it out and liked the fit.

However, after wearing it for several days, it's far more comfortable than my old phone case. Some have complained on here about the velcro not closing all of the way. I don't have that problem. I think the phone is very secure in this case. It was a bit pricey but seems like good quality. I guess I'll find out how well it wears in 2 years :-)
