On to my second iPhone problems after some unrelated problems (thanks Apple) After seeing a pristine screen again thought I ought to invest.
This thing is great;
-improves traction
-makes the screen less harsh and better viewing outside
-fits perfectly, even if you have a case
-and best of all NO MORE FINGERPRINTS!

I don't thing I'm a particularly dirty person but the iPhone just seemed to pick everything up, I was having to clean it 3 - 4 times a day, now, nothing, no wasted time spent cleaning it. Great, worth £10 easily for that alone

I've had these films on my white iPhone 3G for about a Month and i HATE them. Here are my reasons:

1. I had the other kinds of film on my 1G ipod touch and they worked great. they blocked all fingerprints and made the screen more vivid. these do neither.

2. these films actually ATTRACT fingerprints and just make it as though there is no film at all on the screen as the grease from the fingerprints stay on the screen. if I could i would give this product 0 stars, but i cant, so im saying that now.

It's a waste of the 15 dollars DO NOT BUY!

Takes very little time to install, fits well with the case, no interference with touch screen. Saved my screen a couple of times when I don't pay attention which pocket my keys are in.

I had this film on my original iphone and it saved my screen from a number of near disasters.. once i upgraded to the iphone 3g the first thing i did before removing the plastic on the phone was apply one of these films. The 3g film is slightly smaller than the film for the original iphone. HOWEVER- if you plan to add a case to the phone such as the incase slider case (the one I used), the film turns out to be the perfect size, and no part of the screen is left unprotected with the film AND case.

those who gave this poor reviews due to not covering the entire face of the phone were probably not using any cases.

if you dont plan to use a case- buy the film set for the original iphone, the screens are the same size and will work perfectly.

The competitors products require special fluids and squeegees for application which are silly and a real pain to apply (why use fluid when you can use static?). I simply wiped the iPhone screen clean on my pants before applying and voila, a perfectly crystal clear surface with no dust underneath whatsoever. A fantastic product!

i bought this stuff when i first got the phone. the film is expensive but it is way better then the cheaper stuff. the crystal is strong and it really protects. I dropped a knife straight down on the screen while eating dinner and it messed up the film but my phone was perfect. get it and it is anti glare so u don't get finger prints.

I was almost afraid to try this because I am notoriously bad at trying to apply adhesive things. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to apply it without getting dust or air bubbles. Happily I was surprised. The screen protector works great, and is not difficult to apply. The included instructions are good if you take your time.

Once on, I had 3 air bubbles I couldn't push out. The instructions said this was normal, and that extra bubbles would disappear in time. And in fact, after waking up the next morning, the bubbles were completely gone. There is now no sign of the screen protector at all!

The only negative I can see is that there is only one pre-adhesive dust remover in the package (but two actual screen covers). If you mess up on the first try and want to try again, you don't have another pre-adhesive to help remove those last bits of dust.

I heartily recommend these!

£10 is not cheap, but worth the risk of having scratches. Plus the product is invisible on the screen, and really easy to place (that's true) Just wash your hands, take your time, and in less than 10 minutes your screen will be safe. Perfect
