I replaced my trusty Jawbone with the new 925. I own two Iphone 3Gs and needed the multipoint. It worked great! Using one headset …Read morewith two phones, great idea. Until I got to the 3rd week. Then the mic died. Everyone said I sounded like I was in a tunnel. So i called myself on the other phone I SOUNDED FAR AWAY! Keep in mind I was talking to myself with two phones. I took it back to BEst Buy and got a new one. 3rd week same problem. I am now on my fifth 925 in five monts. I have went back to my Jawbone and I will just look silly talking on my second phone when I get a call. DO NOT BUY THIS headset. I have six friends that I recommended the headset to and they all have the same problem.

I received my new iPhone on Aug 22, had this Bluetooth headset waiting for the phone. Worked great for about six weeks on the job …Read more-- cable installing on a 5 day/week basis. Only used while working. My callers began having a hard time hearing me, I sounded "far away" while I hear them fine.
Called Plantronics support, they directed me to support website and filled out quick something form on Sunday, replacement headset arrived Friday. Very pleased.
New headset worked for 4 weeks and same problem, my callers cannot hear me. Have filled out the web support form again and am waiting...

This is the most comfortable headset I have ever tried!! The build quality and audio is also excellent as is the nifty little charging case. Highly recommend this product, well worth the price.(1 of 2 people found this review useful)

I had the Apple bluetooth headset and while it is very cool looking and feels very nice, it performed bad. Many problems that I told the Apple Store salesman about while he was refunding me my money. I bought one of these for my wife and me. We both love them. What sets this above all others is the quality, it is engineered to the max. Then to top it all off, it comes with a little travel case to give you a second full charge if you are out and talking a bunch on the phone. I thought this is ingenious.

So...you already own the coolest phone on the planet so why not compliment it with the coolest bluetooth headset on the planet!! …Read moreThe packaging on this headset has it looking as if it's suspended in mid-air and that's exactly what it'll feel like on your ear -- air! That is, if you even remember that you're wearing it. At first glance it doesn't seem like it'll stay put in your ear without an earclip but the 3 included ear tips ensure a snug fit for everybody. And once you find the right size and have it in place you truly forget that you're wearing it, so much so that I lost my first one and had to buy a 2nd one! And how cool is a cute little case that protects it AND recharges it at the same time!! I jumped on the Jawbone propaganda bandwagon like everybody else did at first but the feeling and appearance of having a brick strapped to my right ear just became too overwhelming and uncomfortable after only a few minutes of wearing it. I didn't even have a chance to test it's audio quality before I returned it back to the store!! But I've had the joy of talking on this new set and it's crystal clear (both incoming and outgoing sound) with little to no background noise that filters in. Oh and did I mention that it's ultra cool-looking? Ok, just checking. As with most headsets though, BEWARE OF THE WIND!! This is a sexy bluetooth headset that's right in line with Apple's minimalist philosophy -- clean uncluttered lines and maximum functionality. Expensive. But worth it. Don't worry. You can buy with confidence!!
