Works But Can Be Hard to Use When Running

    Written by KG from Washington

I wish there was a way to rate this 3 1/2 stars. The arm band is comfortable. On long runs, 10k or more, I don't really notice iRead moret. It does let a bit of moisture seep through, but I don't think it's an issue. My iPod fits snuggly in the case and isn't difficult to remove after a workout. The only downside really lies in the controls. The plastic covering the face is a little too thick, making the wheel a bit hard to use. It can throw off your stride when trying to change the volume/song as you run.

Overall, it's worth the money. If I had the chance to buy another arm band case right now for my iPod, I’d still stick with this one.

very hard to make adjustments while in case

You can NOT make any adjustment to the scroll wheel while the Nano is in this case. Which means once you start exercising you mustRead more listen to your playlist straight through and at the same volume. It is important to me to be able to skip songs and change volume in the middle of my workout with out stopping, so this gets 1 star.
However that flaw aside the material is very comfortable (i could tighten it enough so that it would stay in position even as i jumped rope, without it cutting off my circulation) and it doesn't stretch out over time.
I also have small arms but this fit very well where the cheap ones don't even have enough Velcro to stay in place.

The overall design of case is comfortable, but it is difficult to scroll because of the thickness of the plastic. I would pass onRead more this armband at this time. It is also difficult to get the iPod in and out of the armband.

Do they test these products before putting them out on the market?

I purchased this after have an unsuccessful try with the Nike armband. The store employee wouldn't allow me to try it on in storeRead more before I purchased it so I bought it with the hopes that I found the right armband. I placed my iPod nano in the armband and tied it around my arm. The fit was ok. I think it's a bit too bulky though compared to the other armbands. The problem with this armband is that it is very difficult to scroll up and down due to the plastic piece that covers the wheel. I'd suggest passing on this one as well.

    It works

I bought this armband after trying the new nike one and not being able to get it past my forearm. I loved my nike armband designedRead more for the 2nd generation nano as it was extremely comfortable, and scrolled easily. Comfort wise this is the closest thing I could find. My only two complaints on this armband are that it is difficult to scroll (but gets better after washing and use. Also if you have placed one of the protective skins on the dial take it off. You will find the scrolling action much better.). And I have noticed that moisture does get into the nano compartment. All in all it works, and is better than its competition. Still waiting for a company to listen to all of our complaints and remedy them. 1. Make two sizes to accommodate different body types 2. Moisture resistant nano compartment 3. Easy to use scrolling wheel. 4. Easy insertion, and removal of nano. 5. Flexible
