They also troubleshoot Apple hardware running Xsan, as well as interconnectivity between Power Mac, Xserve, and Xserve RAID systems, including Apple-qualified Fibre Channel switches. A separate AppleCare Xsan Support agreement must be purchased for each copy of Xsan software in your network.
