Overview
Smartwrap, winner of ID magazine's Design Distinction award, is a cord manager for headphone cables. It is designed and developed by Sumajin, an industrial design firm in Singapore. Smartwrap is easy to use and it serves the purpose. All that is required is to snap the cord into place at one of two places, then wrap and snap into place again.

Does just what it says but the colours are not quite as translucent and cool as in the picture.

the stupid things snapped my headphone cord straight in half!
after a couple of days the so called 'smart'wrap itself snapped! do…Read more yourself a favour and wrap the cord around your iPod!!!(29 of 31 people found this review useful)

A little on the heavy side...

I love these smartwraps because I am always having problems with the length of my earphones. I used to just wrap them around my iP…Read moreod but after a while that increased the wear and tear on my headphones and eventually the rubber broke exposing the wire. They're very good at holding the earphones in and rarely does the wire slip out of the hold.
My only minor problem with the product is that the silicone is a little on the heavy side. When I put my iPod in my bag the wrap weighs my headphones down a little and almost pulls them out of my ears, so most of the time I find that I have to hold the wrap in my hand or make sure the wrap isn't dangling freely.(2 of 3 people found this review useful)

I think these smartwrap things are a pretty good idea - i am forever having to buy new Headphones for my mini cause they keep brea…Read moreking, my first pair snapped apart, the second ones slowly disentegrated and the third did both!! Where have these smartwraps been when I needed them? Mind you £9.95 for a few bits of plastic??? But for the price, i would be leaping to buy these....
