They say every ear is different and I can't agree more... I took my local store on it's offer of try all the ones you want to find…Read more the pair you like. I tried the new apple in-ear, the v-Moda's, sony, Bang & Olufsen A8, and shures to land on these. Quite happy with the performance!

I love these ear phones the fit perfectly with the different sized tips but i say there weak because the tips fall off alot and ar…Read moree easy to lose i broke my first pair of earphones by wrapping them around the ipod which damaged the connection but know i take the headphones off and put em in my pocket
PS tips fall off but not like wen your listening to them or if there just sitting there they only fall off if your careless and whos careless with 100$ earphones(1 of 2 people found this review useful)

I have all that cool Apple stuff and used $10 Sony headphones, which was strange and even though the Sony headphones were better t…Read morehan the orig, iPod/iPhones ones I wasn't happy at all. I hear all kinds of music but the majority is electronic/dance with heaps of bass.
Looking around for headphones the choice (literally) scared me. And let's be honest how can somebody with "normal" ears distinguish between 100, 200 or 300 dollar headphones?
So I eventually ended up buying the Bose ones for AU$150 at the Apple store, primarily because I kind of 'trust' the Bose brand.
I like the sound and they are "nice & crisp" and bass is wonderful.
Fitting. Just a general remark, fitting is UBER IMPORTANT. If these things don't fit they don't work. You don't have to squeeze the Bose in your ear canal, but still it has to fit. Apparently there were problems with the first generation, the second version is fine. I don't have problems with it.
The only thing I miss form the Sony's is, that one ear 'is longer' and you can put the wire behind your neck.
I am still not sure if I got the most for my money or the best headphones out there but "I like them" and would buy them again !Was this useful?

(they're almost as good as the …Read moreheadphone version of these!)Now if you have looked at the poor reviews of this product that say the volume isn't loud enough, they must have horrible hearing because i can turn them up high enough to where my ears hurt. Also the falling out of your ears, yes they do feel weird at first but they don't fall out, nor do they have any sound problems.
P.S (I'm very proud of you if you read this whole thing)
