This was my first BT device. I struggled for litterally hours over several days to change the ear piece following the instructions…Read more that were included. Finally I took it to the ATT store. It took the clerk there about 30 minutes before she finally was able to get it changed.
I didn't have much better luck when trying to pair it with my IPhone (using the instructions). I finally went to the web site only to discover that a critical step was left out of the written instructions. Voila! Success!
I bought this to use on a long road trip, but it would not stay in my ear. I couldn't take the chance of losing a $130.00 piece of equipment, so did not get much (if any) use for the time, money and effort I spent.

I give it 5 stars. Tho i don't really have …Read moreanything to compare it to as this is the first bluetooth headset. But I can hear who i am speaking with really well
and they can hear me really well. Actually better than when i just hold my iPhone to my ear or have it on speaker mode. It has never fallen out of my ear. It is a little weird in my ear at first but after a few minuets it feels normal. The battery life is very good.
Plus it just looks really nice.. Its small and sleek and the small carry case/backup charger combo thing is really cool.(10 of 12 people found this review useful)

I had the Apple bluetooth headset and while it is very cool looking and feels very nice, it performed bad. Many problems that I told the Apple Store salesman about while he was refunding me my money. I bought one of these for my wife and me. We both love them. What sets this above all others is the quality, it is engineered to the max. Then to top it all off, it comes with a little travel case to give you a second full charge if you are out and talking a bunch on the phone. I thought this is ingenious.

So...you already own the coolest phone on the planet so why not compliment it with the coolest bluetooth headset on the planet!! …Read moreThe packaging on this headset has it looking as if it's suspended in mid-air and that's exactly what it'll feel like on your ear -- air! That is, if you even remember that you're wearing it. At first glance it doesn't seem like it'll stay put in your ear without an earclip but the 3 included ear tips ensure a snug fit for everybody. And once you find the right size and have it in place you truly forget that you're wearing it, so much so that I lost my first one and had to buy a 2nd one! And how cool is a cute little case that protects it AND recharges it at the same time!! I jumped on the Jawbone propaganda bandwagon like everybody else did at first but the feeling and appearance of having a brick strapped to my right ear just became too overwhelming and uncomfortable after only a few minutes of wearing it. I didn't even have a chance to test it's audio quality before I returned it back to the store!! But I've had the joy of talking on this new set and it's crystal clear (both incoming and outgoing sound) with little to no background noise that filters in. Oh and did I mention that it's ultra cool-looking? Ok, just checking. As with most headsets though, BEWARE OF THE WIND!! This is a sexy bluetooth headset that's right in line with Apple's minimalist philosophy -- clean uncluttered lines and maximum functionality. Expensive. But worth it. Don't worry. You can buy with confidence!!
