I had a problem with this item when I first put it on my 15" Macbook Pro. When I open it, the case makes a loud clicking sound. …Read moreSomehow or other, the rear right side of the case isn't aligned as it should be and it clicks - very loudly. Otherwise, the case is awesome. It looks good and it feels good. When holding the computer, I no longer worry about it potentially slipping out of my hand and it sits on my lap without sliding. I will have to return the case for the stated issue and hopefully, get one that doesn't have any issues.

I figured that I'd rather have a case that allowed me easier and faster access to my laptop, meaning I could just open and close my laptop with the case attached to it instead of unzipping a case, pulling out the laptop, and then throwing the case to the side. (Not that it's that much more effort, but I need less clutter to deal with sometimes.) The case is easy to install and not too hard to take off and all the ports aren't hindered by the case at all. All the lights shine through the translucent blue case including the Apple logo and battery lights and the blue color is really pretty. On the Apple website it looks more baby blue, but on my laptop it's a brighter blue. The case is soft on the outside and doesn't have the plastic feel, and I can also tilt the screen all the way back as well. Overall, I like this case a lot!

The only downside I have (and it's fixable) is the fact that I haven't quite gotten the hang of getting it off my laptop to clean a bit, but that's okay for now. BUY THIS IF YOU WANT YOUR MACBOOK TO LOOK GOOD AND NOT GET SCRATCHED!!
