Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere Speakers
Shuts off no matter what you do
Written by CP from West Newbury

It looks great and sounds sharp--until it stops sounding at all. The auto shut-off function grew increasingly indifferent to audio signal since I bought it, and now will shut off after 2 minutes even when the iPod volume is at maximum. Now it is past warranty and completely useless, though rather attractive, junk.

Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere Speakers
Disappointed
Written by CG from Verona

I received these speakers as a Christmas gift after my last set of speakers got blown out from too much use. Up until recently I really enjoyed them- the sound is good and it's very convenient that they don't have to be plugged in for you to use them. I do wish that they were a bit louder and I have a very difficult time changing out the adapter plates (I have an iTouch and my sister has an iPhone) but they were fine overall. Then a few weeks ago I went to turn them on and discovered that one of the buttons had broken off- they are made of some type of cheap plastic and it broke completely in half. Now if I want to turn down the volume I have to use my iPod or the remote. Still usable, but not something that should happen so easily for any product at this price.

Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere Speakers
Very Disappointing

I bought these for my husband's birthday after a great deal of deliberation. I should have done my homework and read the reviews online prior to heading to the store. These speakers are a bust- they shut off after a couple of minutes of play. We performed all of the troubleshooting recommendations to no avail. When they played, they sounded okay. On my way to return them and will spend the extra money to get him the best, the Bose. For those who think brand name doesn't matter, think again before you waste your time with the Logitech Anywhere and Silent speakers.

Battery life

"Ten-hour rechargeable battery for longer listening" Other than this false claim the speakers are great. I drive between Palm Desert and the SF bay. I put the iPhone on the speakers and it lasts for 4 hours. Not ten, four. I've done this more than once and the gizmo is full charged. But the sound is great and the form is small.

Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere Speakers
Does the job perfectly

I bought the speakers for use with my Iphone 3G. Even though it isn't made for iPhone, it works fine, only issue is the remote control moves two tracks at a time in when selecting songs in the menu, other than that all other functions are fine. The speakers are surprisingly loud and the sound is of great quality, even when not plugged in! the carrying case is perfect as it stores the AC adaptor, remote and speakers easily, so its ideal if you need speaker to take on the move I dont have the right adapter to dock it with, but i dont really see how it make much of a difference, its works fine without, or with one of the ipod docks which comes with it.

Buttons
Written by JS from Gwandalan

Well I bought these speakers about five months ago and I really like it! My friend bought the same speakers and about a month later he said that the volume buttons had a crack in them, I looked at mine and it had the same problem. I use the volume buttons a lot and when you press it the soft side of them go in but the harder side don't, and that's why there is a crack because only one side of the button goes down, it isn't really a big problem but it makes it look bad, have a look at your and push the volume button on the speakers down and you will know what I mean. Besides that the speakers are really good I haven't had any problems with it other than the volume button.

I love these speakers and i've had them for about 6 years now. I was wondering if the new version would fit an ipod touch witha skin on it because the one i have now doesn't and it gets annoying when you have to take it off. Great quality and sound!!! Luv them

Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere Speakers
Great Volume price and quality

The one thing that this product has is that it is portable. You can charge it to full and with one charge it is a ten hour battery charge. It has a wireless remote that can work from far away. It has stellar volume and clear sound. Some other items in the box include a travel case and instructions but there is no real need for them the only thing that needs to be set up is on the bottom there are two little grey stands that get pulled out. Overall this product has done and exceeded all of my needs for a speaker system in this price range.

Good speaker Horrible battery

These are excellent speakers unless you are counting on its internal battery. I've had these speakers for 3 weeks and at best the charge lasts 2.5 hours. Not nearly long enough to be practical for most of my applications. If your looking for some portable speakers to take with you to the beach or other semi-remote areas i would advise looking else where.

Check it out! You can use the remote for whole menu navigation, play content, Cover Flow but except game playing.
