I bought these because I needed an in-ear earphone because I wanted to block out ambient sound. It did take a while to learn to wear, long side behind my neck and position the earphones in my ears, but I enjoyed good sound quality and used them in the car, at the coffee house and at work when working independently. I did not have any failure. I liked them very much. Since they were lifted off my desk at work, I need to purchase another set. I'm sure the thief is happy. I am sorry to read about those who had a poor experience. Wonder how my second pair will go? I will report in six months?

The headphones sound great, the manufacturing quality is also very good, but the asymmetrical design is absolutely horrible. If you wear the headphones behind the head they stick to your neck and they will be yanked out (or at the very least you will feel tugging) almost every time you turn your head. If you wear them with the cord in front, they snag on everything and are pretty much a nuisance to deal with. I have rarely seen such poorly thought out design in a set of headphones.

Bought them. They were great, although the right ear cord is a very awkward length, you get used to it. Then bam, as other reviewers have stated, they just magically stopped working (one ear, for no reason, just lost sound). I've moved on.

-very bad sound quality, simply, the headphones that ship with the iphone are a lot more superior! absolutely not worth the price. add that one wire is going to go around your neck because the two earphones splits above the mic.

Agreed... the sound quality is excellent. But I've only had mine 13 DAYS and broke, nearly in half, at the jack!

very disappointed with these earphones.. bought them on the reputation of the manufacturer, the fit is great, as is the mic, but the quality of the earphones is poor in my opinion.. very tinny .. the top-end sometimes hits my ears like a symbol which is pretty uncomfortable, and the bass gets completely lost.. I've switched to the Apple earphones for the time being.. no mic and they don't fit in my ears nearly as well, but they're suprisingly very good (I don't know why I assumed they wouldn't be..)! They give a much better, fuller, more rounded sound.

I had searched high and low for a high quality set of headphones with a mic for my iphone and I saw that sennheiser had put out a pair. This was a name I could trust! And low and behold, they continue to astonish me in sound quality and comfort. Also, they made it through the wash no problem! Thank you sennheiser!

I bought these headphones and I was very impressed with them. The sound quality is great, no question about it. However, after 3 months the jack began to crackle where it connects to the phone. What I believe happened was that basic movement (taking in and out of pocket) caused the jack to weaken. Anyways, after a few days they gave out completely and no longer work. $100 isn't a lot to spend on headphones, but, it's a lot to risk on headphones and I would say these headphones are a risk.
