I'm sooooo glad I got this because it really cushions my macbook and keeps any debris from going in it when it's in my bagpack. The inside is sooo soft and nice! And my macbook has a satin case on it and it still fits; however, it is snug and you have to put it on and take it off like a sock. I would recommend getting it if you want to travel and protect your macbook.

This sleeve is absolutely awesome. I bought mine along with my new MacBook, and it has done exactly what I expected... provided a nice padded protective sleeve.
I've seen reviews stating that the sleeve was too BIG, but I use my sleeve in combination with the Speck SeeThru Case, and it is the perfect size for the extra bit the Speck Case adds to the dimensions of my MacBook... probably the designers' intentions.
I have also seen reviews stating that the sleeve doesn't protect well from drops... it's a SLEEVE, not a case. If you fell from a distance 6 times your own height, your SLEEVES would not protect your arms from breaking either. If you want drop protection, keep your MacBook in a large cardboard box filled with "peanut" packaging (preferably biodegradable).(24 of 25 people found this review useful)

The case does have a soft lining inside that could be thicker. There is extra room around the edges that allows for the MacBook to slide around in. It would be nice to see a more snug fit. It does do exactly what its suppose to do: protect your computer from scratches and spills while carrying it around [hopefully in another bag or case]. Because it is so then, it probably had minimal protection from drops.
I was worried about previous posters saying that the case has scratched the body of the computer. I have been using it for over a month and there are no scratches.(40 of 46 people found this review useful)

It feels really nice and almost buffs the outside of my new MacBook! Provides decent protection.

This case is the best because of the perfect fit and price! I could not ask for anything better! It offers the best protection for its size and weight. I recommend this product to anyone who wants a case for their MacBook!

I was actually quite disappointed when i received the case. I found the padding to be ultra thin flimsy. I cannot imagine how much protection it could provide beyond a basic level. I wish I would have held one before I ordered online w/ my Macbook. Does not seem worth the extra $35 on the order.

I recently purchased a 13-inch sleeve for my new aluminum macbook. However, it seems as if incase has recently changed the dimensions of the sleeve. My girlfriend has an incase 13-inch sleeve that she bought back in september that is a much better fit for both her white macbook and my aluminum one. The newest sleeves have around 2 extra centimeters of space between a macbook and the zipper if the sleeve is held vertical with the zipper on top, while the old sleeves left virtually no space.
I am a little disappointed in the new design because i would rather my macbook not slide around in it's sleeve, but if that is not something that concerns you, you will probably enjoy this case.(48 of 51 people found this review useful)

I bought this case right after buying my Aluminum MacBook because I want to keep the Mac scratch free. I looked around, and really couldn't find anything made for a 13 inch laptop. I saw this at the Apple Store, and a woman there told me that she loves hers, so I got it. I really like the padded and soft interior lining. The only complaint I have for this (other that it being a little on the pricy side) is that it says that is is form fitting. I have noticed that it isn't as form fitting as they say. The laptop fits very good inside, but there is a little extra room, so the laptop slides a little bit inside the case. I am not sure if it's like this with the previous MacBook because I know that the new one is a little thinner, but other than that, its an awesome case!
