The JBL On Stage IIIP did not work with my Touch 2G 32Gb - no sound and no charging. It did work with my iPod Video 60Gb though.

I use this product with my ipod touch but experience speaker interference when using the mains adaptor,this lessens when using batteries but is still audible.
I have not been able to obtain any explanation for this from any source(16 of 16 people found this review useful)

Great product. Well built and a superb (for the size) sound. IF ONLY it would charge a 3G !! And more importantly IF ONLY it was more widely publisised that the latest gen iPhone will not charge on these so called compatible devices! Aparently its all to do with the fact that Apple has changed the port from firewire to usb. Older versions work fine!

Good, but not as good as Micro

I recently got this speaker after listening to my iPod on my Mom's On Stage Micro. While the sound is good, I prefer the Micro - the sound and size. I'll be returning this IIIP in favour of the Micro.

The jbl speakers are brilliant, the sound is clear and can be loud, its quite small and easy to carry around places. It responds well with the remote and the design is really sleek. Its a really good buy I would recommend it to anyone.

Really Pleased! - immersive surround sound

The stylish circular design allows a surround sound which really fills the room and it doesn't take up much space. I'm using it with iPhone 3G and enjoying the rich sound it delivers. The RC works well but there can be a slight delay when activating a command but you soon get used to it. All the docks you will ever need are provided as well as a handy travel bag. 5 Stars!

Excellent for the size

Very happy with this great product which allows me to charge my iPhone 3G whilst listening to music. Another review called this tinny, but for the size it is good quality and very clear. If you want lots of base, chose something with bigger speakers, but if you want something small, portable and inexpensive (for the quality) then chose this.

Crystal clear sound

I purchase my speakers 2 weeks ago and they are really amazing for their size. If you want omni-directional speakers, that look good and sound good, this is your only choice. Even at max volume, sounds is clear and bass level is good enough.

Best value for iPhone users

For the sound quality and portability it is the best value for money at this time. Yes, it doesn't have a connector for the PC and the remote is slightly limited, but I could not justify paying £50 more for the Altec Lansing speakers for the small increase in quality. Claims that they are tinny are rubbish!
