I have used this case for the past 2 years with my original iPhone and it has performed virtually flawlessly - protecting the phone and not damaging my belts. It holds the phone securely and the velcro has never been an issue for me - holding securely, without being difficult to open.

After 2 years, the nylon shows minor wear along the sides of the flap, while the leather is better than new. The iPhone shows minor scratches where the pouch is open on the bottom. When I got my new 3GS phone, I tried all the new options and decided to stay with my current case - nothing was better. Looking forward to 2 more years of service.

I love this case because the belt clip isn't bulky. It fits well in my pocket, and it's nice to have the clip for when I want to wear it on my hip. I have not had any trouble with the velcro, it works as well as it did the day I got it.

My iPhone is well-protected in this case and I highly recommend it.

PLEASE make sure you buy the right case! They made a case for orig Iphone which WILL NOT fit the Iphone 3g 3gs.This is a great case and fits,very easy to slide in and out not tight at all (BUY THE RIGHT CASE)you will love it

This design has one major flaw for me. When I am sitting down, the push through hole lines up with the rivets on my jeans, thereby causing scratches on the phone. I've been using it for 2 years now and my otherwise perfect condition phone is rather ugly looking now.

If you don't wear Levi's jeans nor mount the case above the so-called fifth pocket, you are okay.

Inside of the case catches and holds skin oils too well.

I am back to replace my Incase after 2 years of solid use. I have found the Incase to be durable and reliable for it’s compact size. Recently the leather has weakened, but has held up well considering my level of use/abuse. The quality is excellent and I have had no issues with the Velcro until very recently. My Incase is simply worn out and in my opinion this it is well worth the price. This is the one iphone accessory that I could not do without.

I had one of these almost since I got the phone and I loved it. It stayed closed, held the phone snugly without marring it, the clip had a solid grip, and it withstood daily wear for nearly two years and worked about the same as it always did. I lost mine and was completely at sea without it--I had all this motor and sense memory that expected my phone to be RIGHT THERE, and when I had to keep it in a pocket, I was never sure where it was, or that it wasn't going to slip out or get scratched. I have a new one now and all is well again.

The case is to tight, the velcro does not work, mine is in the garbage can
