Apple you've done it again. You've announced that this speaker works fine with an iPod Nano 4th Generation... Yes it can play music, but thats it. The system won't charge the Nano! That's one of the reasons I bought it. It's difficult for us consumers to find out what the changes you make from previous versoins to the later versions, have of impact on devices, when you don't make any marks on it.
Back to the speakers. The sound is good, not grate compared with some of the other products in the same price category(Creative i.x.). The radio works fine to.

...but there is one big fault, my 4 th generation Ipod Nano will not charge while connected to the iM600 speakers.
They sound good and the radio is good too, but all that is worthless when my Ipod is not charged while docked!
I'll return them asap!

Beware Apple Blurb...

I bought one of these on the strength of the compatibility chart here which says it works with Itouch 2. Well it does... kind of. But your ipod touch will not charge so it's not a docking station but a rather expensive set of ok speakers. Most annoying.
Many of these 'docking' stations won't work with the latest gen ipod touch because Apple changed the pin configuration in a way that has no backwards compatibility with older docks. Typical Apple thoughtlessness (to go with the constant changing of battery and adapter requirements). Your stuff is great Apple but your user relationship management stinks(63 of 67 people found this review useful)
