Belkin Leather Folio for iPod touch (2nd Gen.)
not good at all

I bought this case as i thought it was realy well made fitted my ipod realy well and looked good but it did none. I put my ipod in to it as soon as i got home and it kept falling out everytime i opened the case.
Then after about a day or two i relized that all the edges of the case and the thread desighn was coming loose and undone so it looked really taty around the edges.
And it makes your itouch look very thick and about 3 times the thickness that it is. So it hides the beauty and sleek desighn of the ipod touch. So it seriously is not worth a single penny!
It realy is a dissapointing belkin product the worst they have probebly made! So trust me guys not worth a penny take my advice dont buy go for anything else probebly the worst case i have ever seen!

Not for gaming

The folio works well enough to hold and protect the iTouch.
Only have 2 isues with it though. If you're trying to play a game in landscape mode where the game controls are on the left and right ends of the screen, the edge of the case window will interfere with the controls.
Other problem is the built in home button in the holder. Because of the way its made that little button will activate the home button on the iTouch every time you apply the least amount of pressure to it and back to the home screen you go.
We'll be cutting that little button out of the holder and it should take of that problem.(17 of 20 people found this review useful)

Five stars!

This product is great, sleek, and a beautiful accessory for the iPod touch. I love it, and it comes with a screen protector too. I have no problem with the velcro and the way it opens makes it easier to hold and does not hinder your ability to use the iPod touch. You don't have to worry about the iPod falling out either because it stays in with a flexible material that locks it in on the bottom. Its smaller than it looks, but its totally worth it.

Velcro does not last
Written by LD from Nelson

As others have mentioned, magnetic or snap closure would have been way better. Velcro lasted about one month, now I need to buy something else. It sure won't be this again....

Great Case for iPod Touch (2nd gen)!

I just bought this and I really like it (unlike some of the other reviewers). My iPod fits really snugly inside and it is very well protected from scuffs and scratches. The case is really well made and of a high quality. A great iPod case for those people who want to take their iPod touch out and about in style.

I really enjoyed this product as it keeps my new ipod safe from scratches or accidental hitting from within my pockets. This works for the ipod touch I own probably because I'm a student.

Great case

My daughter and I both have this case and like it very much. Granted a magnetic closure would be nicer (if I'm trying to be discreet) the velco is noisy, but ours have held up well. Also you can't beat the fact that it protects the screen so well when you put it in a purse or somewhere else. I like the high level of protection that this case gives.

Belkin Leather Folio for iPod touch (2nd Gen.)
Poor successor..
Written by PB from Cambridge

This case is Belkins heir to its original and highly acclaimed iPod Touch Leather Folio case. Sadly it lacks the quality of the original. The material is fairly unremarkable in terms of feel and texture. The Touch is held loosely within the case with the potential for falling out if lifted with the flap open. The shaping of the opening for the face of the Touch is also loose with the cover falling forward around the edges of the Touch.
However the product does provide a simple leather styled case which allows good access to the screen and features a embossed section covering the home button. Furthermore the face opening allows for unimpeded use of the iPods upper light sensor. The case allows for easy access to the IPods sockets.
In summary; a case that will do the job but is lacklustre in appearance and quality, too loose for secure/comfortable use and generally a poor choice for the price.(15 of 16 people found this review useful)

I bought this case to protect my iPod Touch when traveling and keep it in my purse. It is perfect. Easy to open, easy to use, and nice looking. I would highly recommend.

Not worth $30

Good except the velcro stopped sticking after 2 weeks so it's not worth the $30. It should have a button/clasp/magnet instead.
