Good protection, but difficult to open & close

The case is attractive, lightweight and unobtrusive, and it's stopping my iPod from getting scratched, which is just what I wanted…Read more. But I spent about 15 minutes on my first attempt to put my iPod in it; the closure requires quite a lot of pressure to snap shut and I was afraid of breaking it. The next attempt was easier.
When the case was empty I found it opened easily if I inserted my thumbnail into the "coin slot"; when the case had the iPod in it, I needed something stronger to open it (I've used the point of a needle but should find something less able to damage it).
I'd recommend that the manufacturers include a notice in the packaging with advice about opening and closing, but I'm satisfied that this product provides value for money.Was this useful?
