Overview
Power Support’s revolutionary anti-glare film is what every iPhone 3G needs to be equipped with. With state of the art static cling adhesion, the precision cut films are easy to apply, and offer optimal protection for your LCD screen.
Installation instructions
1st Step: Thorough Cleaning
- Clean your iPhone LCD screen with a lint free cloth and a small amount of glass cleaner. Ensure that all fingerprints and particles have been removed.
- Wipe off any excess glass cleaner so that the screen is completely dry.
2nd Step (Pre-Installation Film): Removing any dust particles that may have fallen onto your screen.
- Remove one half of the white backing of the pre-installation film.
- Without touching the LCD screen directly with your fingers, place the half of the film without the backing onto the LCD screen.
- Without touching the LCD screen, remove the second half of the backing. Apply the rest of the film to the LCD screen. Rub it down thoroughly to ensure that the Pre-Installation film has captured all dust particles.
- Remove the Pre-Installation film by pulling it off by the excess film. Do not touch the LCD Screen.
3rd Step (Anti-Glare Film): Applying the Film
- Without touching the adhesive side of the film, push down on the backing to expose the adhesive side.
- Align the edge of the film with the bottom of the face of the iPhone. You can use the button or ear piece hole as alignment tools. Once a proper alignment is found, apply part of the film.
- Without touching the face of the iPhone or the adhesive side of the film, allow for the rest of the film to apply by peeling off the rest of the backing from underneath the film.
- Cover your finger in a lint-free cloth and rub out any air bubbles.
Note: Power Support’s Protective Screen Films come attached to a basic transparent plastic backing. Whenever applying films, you can touch either side of this transparent backing and the non-adhesive side of the film. However, do not touch the adhesive side of the film because the oils from your skin will compromise the adhesive qualities of the static cling adhesive.

I bought this product with my iphone. Hence I have not had any issue with fingerprints or smudges on my screen. I have also not …Read morehad any air bubbles even after I put a case on the phone as well. (On advice I left the screen protector for 24 hours on the phone before I put the case on.) The screen does seem a bit dulled but then its anti-glare so i can use it in daylight. It has not detracted from the 'touch' of the iphone interface at all which was my biggest concern and the screen protector feels sturdy enough that my iphone lives quite happily in my pocket with my keys. Overall I am very happy with this product.

I must comment on the review that says it’s difficult to apply…
It is SO EASY.
If you clean it really thoroughly like the instructions say to, and use the pre application dust removal film, like the instructions say to, and then gently lay the anti glare film on, while in an area free of dust, like the instr... (you get the idea) You’d have to be seriously uncoordinated or a true moron in order to mess it up. And even if you really can’t manage do it, the pack also states that the films are removable and reusable, so there’s no need to throw them away or “waste a tenner”, just peel it off and let a grown up help you. It really is easy, I managed to apply mine in just a few seconds, really, no dust no air bubbles.
And to those of you shying away from thi because “it makes the screen blurry” I hav to say that is a massive overstatement, it’s not like you’ve smeared it with Vaseline. It’s true the matt finish does make a difference to the picture quality... it gets rid of finger smears! And it is great at that. You'll only see the SLIGHTLY blurry edges if you're looking at a static photo, you would never notice watching an animation. I play Enigmo with it on (lots of little droplets) and there is no difference at all.

I can't understand why anyone wouldn't give this product 5 stars. If you find it too grainy, get the Crystal film set.
I personal…Read morely like the grainy look. It makes the touch screen more tactile, and less susceptible to fingerprints. The anti-glare property makes it much easier to see in the car.

I have had the ones from The Carphone Warehouse & o2, while they are good they are a pain to lay, always get unstuck bits at edges…Read more, stuff under or airbubbles but when you try and unpeel it to get these out you get stuck airbubbles.
These allow you to lay it, position it, and get airbubbles out with ease getting the PERFECT screen, you can not see anything bad about it. It has not come off and is great!
