    Use them in your home, office, or car for up to 14 days. Be sure to test them everywhere you plan to use them.

  3. 3. Not in love? Return them.

    If you’re not satisfied, call us at 1-800-676-2775 to request a no-charge shipping label. Then box up the gear and arrange a free FedEx pickup.*

Purchase and take delivery of any Computer Speaker Product for a Mac, Music Speaker Product for iPod or iPhone, Headphone Product for an iPod, or a Headset Product for an iPhone from the Apple Online Store between 6/23/2009 and 09/22/2009. If, within 14 calendar days from your receipt you decide that you are not satisfied with your purchase, the Apple Online Store will arrange for return freight and a refund of your purchase price. All returns must be complete and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. This offer applies only to products purchased from the US Apple Online Store.

To initiate a return under this offer, please call 1-800-676-2775 to speak to our customer service department, to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and to arrange for a refund and return freight. Apple will email you a RMA and a return shipping label which you can print out and affix to your return shipping box. You must return the product to the Apple warehouse within 14 calendar days of receipt of the RMA and shipping label. You may elect to have your package picked up by a Fed Ex driver at a location of your choice or you may drop it off at any Fed Ex _aw_location. If you fail to use the shipping label provided by Apple, you must ship the Speaker Product at your own cost, including costs of insurance. You are responsible for properly packaging your return of a product for shipping. Apple recommends that you retain your original shipping box in the event you elect to return your product purchase.

Products must be returned in as-new condition and in good working order. Products that have been opened still qualify for a complete refund provided that they are not damaged, abused or missing parts or accessories. Products returned in poor or incomplete condition will be charged a restocking fee. The terms of all existing sales and refund policies not expressly modified by the terms of this offer still apply.
