But anyways, i was really sad nothing would charge and play music at the sametime. LUCKFULLY for my birthday i just got this AMAZING iHome!!!!! Not only is the clarity of the music astounding, but the remote is what really fascinated me. it can switch through playlists, artists, mute the sounds from radio or iPod,give a 3-D sound, bass, and man i don't know, everything's just amazing! I listened to other speakers at the store and nothing compared to this one. It charges all iPods and iPhones, it's just da bomb. Looking for a speaker system? Stop here. You won't be sorry! GREAT BUY.

This is my 2nd iHome. I bought my first 4 years ago for my 4th Generation iPod.
Unfortunately, although my new iPod Touch would …Read moreplay in the old iHome, it wasn't compatible for charging :(
So, I bought the new iHome and love it twice as much as my first one! The remote is an extra nice feature and the new buttons and layout are much easier to press!
The sound quality is still great and for the money, I don't think I could get anything better.

I just got the iHome iP9 today. I was very surprised at the quality. Now of course it's not like a large stereo system, but gives…Read more great sound. You can adjust the treble and base and gives you a 3D on/off function which really makes the music stand out and increases the quality.
I tried the Altec Lansing T612 before this and was not impressed, especially for the $199 price tag. This was a happy medium. Also, there is no phone interference when getting a call, no static. It has AM & FM, an alarm and sleep you can set to your phone or radio or buzzer... IT's AWESOME... I tried every feature. I even have AOL radio and was able to play it through the iHOME from my iphone. FABULOUS! I love the remote , which unlike others i have seen, can work the ipod menu functions. GREAT for the price. I've been wanting to get an iHome for a while now and finally picked one up. The iP9 is a great little dock. Surprisingly good bas…Read mores and clarity. I'm around these things all day (I'm a Specialist) and I think this sounds just as good as any of the other docks that are twice the price, and don't even have the included alarm clock. The 3D EQ setting is sweet, makes a huge difference. Works with my iPhone with no problems. Music fades and your ringtone will sound in and play through the speakers when receiving a call.

I rarely ever write a review for anything but felt that writing a review for this clock radio was warranted. This is one of those…Read more purchases that was well worth the money. The speaker volume is great and the sound quality is amazing for a clock radio. The ease of use is nice and one of the best features is the ability to dim the display to several different levels, even turning it off but yet still have the alarm come on.
