    NICE!

In traditional Apple minimalist style, this keyboard does not disappoint. At first, I was a little concerned about the fixed heigRead moreht, which is really pretty flat. My hands seem to like a larger slope. But then, I'd heard about all the ergonomic studies that went into this keyboard, and while it seems really pretty basic, it actually forces your hands to hover, which prevents carpal tunnel. The key presses are very short, leading to extremely fast typing speeds once you get used to it. There's also a handy little extender cable if you need more space than the default length -- something my previous keyboard was lacking. The addition of several new function keys is a boon, and the overall feel is so similar to the Apple notebooks that you can transition back and forth very easily, unlike the split-key ergo style keyboards ala Microsoft Natural. The only negative I have toward the keyboard is its price. At $50, it's not cheap for being a pretty basic board. On the flip-side, though, you'd probably be getting a plastic keyboard for $30, and it wouldn't have the same nice feel to it. For what it's worth, I did check out a similar board from Rocketfish, and it was actually even pricier, and felt a LOT cheaper. Overall, I'm quite happy with my purchase. :-)

The ultra light touch is a big relief for the wrist pain caused from excessive typing!!!

Liked it so much, took it to work and trRead moreied it on a PC running Red Hat Linux.

Worked great, getting another one for work.

I had to get a new keyboard because I dumped a glass of water on the old one. If I would have known how much I was going to like Read morethe new one, I would have dumped water on the old one a long time ago!

Apple has another hit on their hands and is definitely on a roll. I replaced my original apple keyboard with the new one for my MRead moreac Pro since the original did not have a crisp enough key stroke...it seemed "mushy" sometimes...but now....amazing!

    Apple New Wired Keyboard

Written by SG from Foothill Ranch

Hooked up the new keyboard today and its is a real site to behold. Very thin and lite weight. The new key design has a great feeRead morel and very large keys so you don't make many mistakes.

THE ONE PROBLEM I HAVE WITH IT IS the two usb ports will not support an ipod. I have the video Ipod and I get a warning that the USB power is too low to power the attached device. I bought this key board to clear away clutter on my desk and hopefully eliminate a few cords. Unfortunately its not true and I was disappointed. I am very much an apple fan but the low USB ports were a not as advertised on the website.

    AMAZING...but....

Well, on the OS X side this is the best keyboard I've ever had. Took a little while to get the feel of it, but now it's second-naRead moreture. Once problem...Boot Camp. This little baby uses Function keys for audio up and down and brightness, and Vista really didn't like it. Sadly, I'm going to have to keep using my old keyboard until they update BootCamp to work with this new keyboard. That's why I'm only giving three stars. Otherwise, it'd be a full FIVE, baby!

    :-)
