Gift Messaging

For most items in our store, you can include a gift message on the packing slip — at no charge.

When you select to put an item in your cart, just check the box that says “This is a gift” or “Add a free gift message.” You’ll be prompted to create your message after you’ve finished shopping and have selected to check out. If your order includes items intended for different recipients, you can enter a message for each item so that when the gifts arrive, it will be clear which item is intended for whom. At this time, the Apple Online Store does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To send gifts to different addresses, please place a new order through the Apple Online Store — one order per shipping address.

And don’t worry about pricing information being displayed for gift items. For all orders, the price is only included in the email notifications and never on the packing slips in the box. So if you have a gift shipped directly to family or friends, they won’t see the cost.

Gift Wrapping

When you order a new iPod or select Apple-branded software and accessories, you can add a special touch to your gift: the Apple Gift Package (subject to availability). The Apple Gift Package is a signature gift box with a red ribbon and a greeting card with your personal message.

Look for the gift icon on a product page to find out if the Apple Gift Package is available.

• When you add an iPod in your cart just check the box that says "This is a gift" and you will automatically be given the option to add gift packaging.
• When you add a gift-eligible software or accessory to your cart, you'll have the option to choose the Apple Gift Package during checkout.

Gift Cards

iTunes Cards from Canada can be purchased from the Apple Store Canada and iTunes Store Canada, and can be spent only on the iTunes Store Canada.

iTunes Cards are not transferable between U.S. and Canada. For example, a U.S. customer cannot send an iTunes Card to a Canadian customer, and vice versa.
