The feel of the crystal film is no where near the feel of the Anti glare. The Anti glare is finger print resistant and it feels smoother than the crystal. Trust me I've used both and the Anti glare is a lot better.

It's easy to get all the bubbles out. One very important point, it's cut slightly smaller than other films which is very important when you have a case that snugs around the entire iphone. The biggest problems with the other films were the tight fitting case would cause the edges to bubble up which made it look terrible. I even tried trimming it with scissors and it still would look awful. This one fits perfectly.

Just got the 3G and the Apple store had this in stock. It was literally the first thing I did when I opened the phone and peeled off the protective plastic layer. (even before I activated and synced it)
The display does need to be clear of anything, including lint. This is not an easy task, but I found that blue painters tape works well. Just use it to 'dab' the lint off the display, and it doesn't leave any residue behind.
The trick to getting it flush with no bubbles is to work the film from one edge (top or bottom) and bend it onto the screen. Try to avoid touching the screen side of the film, as it'll leave fingerprints on the film. Instead grasp the sides of the film to handle it and guide it down.
Hands down the easiest and best protection you can get for the screen!(225 of 249 people found this review useful)

- Enhances readability when reading mail (and…Read more other black-on-white text applications).
- Gives the screen a better tactile sensation.
- Does not seem to impact touch-screen responsiveness.
Cons:
- Especially when used in the sun, colors can appear somewhat washed-out.
- Installation takes a little finesse, and a little more patience. Getting it lined up just right will take a few tries. Also, try to install it in a reasonably dust-free area (like, not in your lap). Dust will be attracted to the sticky side as you're positioning the film, but can be removed with the pre-cleaning film (included).(122 of 147 people found this review useful)

It's cut too narrow. Very big gaps on each side of the glass are exposed. Unless mine is a defect (unlikely since these are mass…Read more cut), I think they undershot this. The 2g fits the 2g much better. Much less of a gap. Sad because this is the best, most glasslike protector out there.
