For people complaining about the dual charger, there's an iPhone USB cable in this store that also has a charger for this headset built in (no wonder the bulky old dock version is being phased out). I am a Apple addict , 3 macs , 2 iphones etc . But this is not to put to fine a point on it ( they wont let me use that word . Cal…Read morels cant hear me , all i hear is static , battery life is more like 2 hours . It is a disgrace to Apple , and by far the worst product to have the logo on. I cam taking it back yet again, and this time i just want a refund...DO NOT BUY IT ITS RUBBISH

Looks like this product is on its way out... I've had one since the original iPhone came out, and it's worked ok, but now that Ap…Read moreple have released the iPhone 3G the old dual dock doesn't work with the new phone.
There doesn't appear to be any replacement dual dock for the 3G, so you're stuck with charging with the travel cable... yuk!
So, as Apple don't seem to be bothered to support this product properly any more, I suspect it's soon to be discontinued or replaced.
I would previously have given this product 3 stars, but the lack of 3G dual dock means that it's lost a star in my opinion.(208 of 243 people found this review useful)

Small But Perfect

How wrong was I?
I use this headset constantly when I am driving (which I do a lot). It is exceptionally comfortable and has never fallen out.
I have had no complaints from anyone that I have spoken to using this headset unlike other headsets before.
The charge lasts for ages and the supplied travel cable is very useful. I use the travel cable with the wall socket block and my griffin powerjolt. Both work well.
As I would expect from Apple, it's small and works perfectly all the time.
