Apple wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, we’re here to help.
Return items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund.
Returns policy
To return an item, please visit online Self Service for assistance 24 hours a day, or call 800 908 988, Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm.
Returns are subject to the Apple Online Store Terms and Conditions. For iPhone returns, please refer to the iPhone Return Policy section below. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all opened items.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Opened memory
- Opened software
- Electronic software downloads
- Personalized iPods
- Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)
- Non-Apple branded/Third party products
- Apple Gift Packaging (origami style gift box with ribbon and greeting card)
- Apple Developer Connection Products (Membership and Technical Support)
iPhone Return policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your iPhone purchase, you can return your undamaged iPhone to the Apple Online Store within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please visit online Order Status or call 800-908-988 to request a return. If you return your iPhone within 30 calendar days from shipment, you will not be charged a restocking fee. The iPhone must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Online returns process
You can initiate a return online once your item(s) have been shipped and invoiced.
- Go to online Self Service
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password. If you have questions about your Apple ID, please visit the Your Account section of online Help.
- View the order details of the order containing the item(s) you want to return
- Select the "Return items" link.

Items in your order will be divided into two groups - items that are eligible to be returned online and items you cannot return. For each item that you can return online, you will need to select the item, a reason for return, and whether you've opened the box. We'll provide you with an estimated total refund amount less restocking fees, as applicable.
Once you've submitted your return request, you'll receive an email confirmation with your return details. A TNT representative will contact you within two (2) business days to arrange a time for pickup. Please use the original packaging.
Items(s) must be received by the Apple returns centre within 14 calendar days from when the return was requested.
Once we receive the item(s) we'll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.
Refund methods
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at the Apple returns centre. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
- Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- For bank transfer payments, you will need to provided us with your bank details, please allow up to 10 days for Apple to post the refund to your account.
Incorrect or damaged items
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Apple Store Customer Service at 800-908-988 during our hours of operation, Mon-Fri 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Problems with your product
If you're having trouble with your new Apple product, please visit online Product Support or contact Apple technical support. If you're having trouble with a non-Apple product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty.
