If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund.
Returns are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. You have up to 14 days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for opened items. A HK$100 shipping fee will be assessed on closed box returns (per item) in which Apple collects the product from you.
Items that cannot be returned include:
You can initiate an return online once your item(s) have been shipped and invoiced.
Items in your order will be divided into two groups — items that are eligible to be returned online and items you cannot return. For each item that you can return online, you will need to select the item, a reason for return, and whether you’ve opened the box. We’ll provide you with an estimated total refund amount less restocking fees, as applicable. You’ll also be able to print a return shipping label to place on the box you use to return your item(s).
Once you've submitted your return request, you'll receive an email confirmation with your return details. A TNT representative will contact you within two (2) business days to arrange a time for pickup. We strongly recommend using the original packaging if you are returning a computer.
Items(s) must be received by the Apple returns center within 14 calendar days from when the return was requested.
Once we receive the item(s) we’ll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at the Apple returns center. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
