For Mac and iPod support, please call 1800-MY-APPLE (1800 692 7753). Mac and iPod customers within 90 days of ownership are eligible for complimentary phone support - one support incident per iPod and unlimited incidents per Mac.

To extend your product’s service and support coverage, purchase an AppleCare Protection Plan while your product is still covered by the Apple One-Year Limited Warranty.
