It’s easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online Self Service and sign in with your Apple ID and password to get a summary of orders placed in the past 18 months. You’ll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, estimated shipping and delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you choose to view the order details of an order, you’ll see additional information including any gift messaging, product engraving, product customisation, and more.
Commonly used order statuses include:
You may be able cancel an item or an entire order online, provided the item(s) in your order have not been prepared for shipment, or have not shipped.
Go to online Self Service, and select to view the order details of the order containing the item(s) you want to cancel. From the Order Details page, you can click the “Cancel items” link.
Items in your order will be divided into items that are eligible for cancellation online and items you cannot cancel. For each item that you can cancel online, you will need to select the item and a reason for cancellation. Once you’ve submitted your cancellation, we’ll send an email with your cancellation details. You can also view your cancellation on the order details page of the order containing your cancelled item(s) – the status of the items will read “Cancelled”. You will not be billed for these items.
If you are unable to cancel item(s) online and need to make a return, please review the
Sign in to online Self Service and select to view the order details of an order to find out if you can still make changes to an item. You may be able to make changes, provided the item has not been prepared for shipment or has shipped. Visit the Check Order Status section of online Help above for more information on order status messages.
From the Order Details page you can:
Add, edit, or remove a gift message on an item.
Remove gift packaging on an item
Edit iPod personalisation
You may be able to edit the shipping address for an order, if none of the items in your order have been prepared for shipment or have shipped. Visit the Check Order Status section of online Help above for more information on order status messages.
To change the shipping address for your order, sign in to online Self Service and select to view the order details of the order you want to change. Click the “Edit” link in the Shipping Address section. On the Change shipping address page, you can enter a new shipping address or you can select a shipping address you've used in the past. Changes to your shipping address will only affect the particular order you are changing.
Log in to Your Account and click the “Change account information” link to change your default shipping address. Changing the default shipping address will only affect future orders.
If you didn’t receive an Order Acknowledgment or Shipment Notification email, we may have an incorrect email address or the emails are stuck in your spam or junk mail folder.
To change the email address for your order, sign in to online Self Service and select to view the order details for the order you want to change. Click the “Edit” link in the Email Address section.
Your updated email address affects only the order you’ve changed and future notifications for this order will be sent to the updated email address. Your updated email address will also be reflected on the Order Details page.
To change your default email address for future orders, log in to Your Account and click the “Change account information” link.
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking/consignment number. You can also view this information by signing in to online Self Service.
If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.
Click the tracking/consignment number to view the status of your package on the carrier's website.
All shipments require a signature on delivery. Please read the "Signature on Delivery" section on the Shipping & Delivery online Help page for more information and alternative options if you will not be available to provide a signature.
You’ll be able to view and print invoices for your item(s) shortly after they have shipped.
To view or print your invoice, sign in to online Self Service and select to view the order details for the order containing the item(s) for which you want an invoice. Click the “Print all invoices” link on the Order Details page to get a printable image of your invoice(s). You can also select to print individual invoices for a particular shipment.
