Once your order has reached Apple you will receive an email notification confirming your order details and containing payment instructions if you are paying by bank transfer or cash. When your payment has been received we will send you another email to confirm that your order will now be processed and advising you of estimated availability and delivery times. You can also view your order status via the Self Service website.

Order Placed.
Order acknowledgements: You should receive an order acknowledgement only if you have used a payment method other than credit or debit card. This email contains details about how to pay for your order.
Order Processing.
Order confirmation: Once your payment has been received and your order has been accepted by Apple, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order and estimated availability and delivery dates. If you have not received this email 5 business days after making your payment or after 24 hours in case of a credit/debit card order, please contact the Apple Store Customer Service team Please note for credit/debit card orders, we may ask you to provide additional documentation before confirming your order or your order may be declined by your bank. If this is the case, we will contact you by email.
Order Dispatched.
Shipment notification: Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email, advising you of an estimated delivery date and information about how to track your order.

In some instances there may be stock contraints on certain items or items may no longer be available. We aim to inform you as soon as possible of any delays or unexpected changes via e-mail.
