I have trouble with my new Apple Product

If you need technical support, please refer to the printed material that was delivered with your product for your local contact information or ask a question in our discussion forums.

Apple provides a telephone support service* for Apple hardware and Apple software (bundled and unbundled), which you purchase from the Apple Store. The service is available for 90 days from the date of your purchase. (* You will bear the cost of telephone calls you make to this service at your national rate.)

If you have a technical question about a non-Apple branded product, please contact the manufacturer directly or Apple Store Customer Service.

Your one-year guarantee on Apple products

All new Apple hardware is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase (the date on your invoice). For more information click here.

How can I extend my warranty?

The AppleCare Protection Plan is a comprehensive service and support offering from Apple that gives you:

  • Three years of priority telephone access to Apple technical experts (extended from the 90 days included with your system purchase)
  • A powerful diagnostic CD, TechTool Deluxe from MicroMat
  • Three years of Apple certified repairs, both parts and labour (extended two years from the one-year limited warranty included with your system purchase)

My invoice has not been shipped with my order.

Within 14 days of your order being delivered, you should receive an official Apple invoice by e-mail. If you do not receive this invoice, or if you require an additional copy for your records, you will be able to print your invoice on our Self Service Website.
